C’est mon parcours professionnel et c’est ma vie. Experte en Stratégie de Changement et en Innovation Managériale. Également écrivaine, conférencière et professeure. Ma marque de fabrique : La culture de l'adaptation et le changement. Ma devise : Respecter les différences, mettre en valeur la singularité des personnes pour créer l'unicité. Née en France de parents italiens, je suis très attachée à l’Italie et attirée par les environnements étrangers. Titulaire d’une licence d’Anglais et d’Allemand de la Sorbonne, d’une licence de Français Langue Etrangère, et diplômée de l’Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris. Je quitte à peine 13 ans d'une grande entreprise du CAC 40 dont 7 au Comité de Direction d'une de ses entités. J'y étais notamment en charge de la Conduite du Changement, de la Communication et de l'Événementiel. Un changement de vie s'impose à nouveau et je viens de publier mon premier roman, "Italienne Sang pour Sang". After 13 years, I just left a CAC 40 company, including 7 at the Executive Committee of one of its entities. I was then in charge of Change Management, Communications and Events.
