As a liberator of positive energy, I am convinced that the development of organizations and individuals comes from revealing individual and collective resources and consciously implementing them. By working with companies, universities, colleges, in correctional facilities, and with individuals, I reveal potentials and enable the development of well-being, better living together, and progressive performance. Thirty years of supporting organizations and individuals as a trainer, consultant, coach, author, and speaker, enriched with qualifying training, have allowed me to renew and refine my approach to human resources. Around central themes such as interpersonal communication, management, stress management, or change management, I lead workshops, conduct training, and support collaborators and teams with the absolute will to contribute to well-being for all.
