I am Charlotte du Payrat, an expert in human game intelligence. I published "What if we played collectively?" with Pearson in 2019. Following its success, my publisher offered me the opportunity to write a completely revised and expanded 2nd edition released in January 2025. At the beginning of 2026, the book will be translated into English. My book is directly drawn from my experience, from my 20 years of experience in project management, management, and change management. Based on the conviction that the collective will make the difference, it proposes a pragmatic and methodological approach, proven tools, and a model to support performance based on the collective. An agro-food engineer, holding a Master's degree in HR, trained in neuroscience, and a certified professional coach, I am passionate about people and their relationship with performance.
