Corentin De Maupeou
I assist companies in the concrete integration of artificial intelligence within their operations.
AI engineer and full-stack developer, I have been assisting companies and organizations for over 4 years in deploying artificial intelligence and automation solutions to enhance their operational performance. My goal is to help leaders invest in AI wisely, without succumbing to trends. I notably led the complete automation of the selection process for the HEC Paris incubator, covering 16 simultaneous programs conducted with leading partners (Meta, TotalEnergies, L'Oréal, government programs), as well as the design of tailor-made solutions for several startups (caliplace.fr, veeton.com, getsillage.com). In my interventions, I adopt a pragmatic and educational approach. I enlighten leaders on what artificial intelligence truly enables today, on the success factors of an automation project, and finally on the trade-offs that distinguish a viable initiative from a project abandoned after demonstration. My message: AI only has lasting value when it is controlled and aligned with the company's objectives. Bilingual in French/English.

AI Agents in Business: Separating Profitable Use Cases from False Good Ideas
"You need AI agents." We hear it everywhere. On LinkedIn, on X, at every conference, in every demo. So much so that after a while, we don't even know which ones to implement. Too many promises, too many theoretical use cases, and a real difficulty in distinguishing what will truly transform your daily life from what is just a seductive but hollow trend. This conference brings order. Based on concrete use cases, those that companies really encounter: lead qualification, support, follow-ups, document processing, quote generation, ... I show which ones offer a tangible return on investment, and which are false friends that will cost you time and money for a disappointing result. The goal: to provide you with a clear sorting grid to separate what deserves your attention from the ambient noise of networks and demos. This presentation is aimed at executive committees and operational managers who want to gain efficiency without getting sidetracked. What participants take away: - concrete and recognizable use cases, classified by real value, - the false friends to avoid on the path to efficiency, - a method to identify, within their organization, the right agent to deploy first.
AI in production: from generic demo to a tailored system that lasts.
Everyone has seen an impressive AI demo: a flawless workflow, presented on stage or LinkedIn, that seems to solve all problems in three clicks. But between this demonstration and an AI that truly runs in your company, every day, without collapsing, there is a chasm. Most of the solutions presented are generic. Then, it remains to integrate them into your tools, your data, and your processes, and that's where everything gets complicated. Result: nearly 90% of AI projects die just after the POC. In this conference, I explain what separates an appealing demo from a system that holds up in production: how to build an AI truly tailored to your internal workings, rather than a universal recipe forcefully applied to your organization. This talk is aimed at leaders and decision-makers who want to invest in AI without making mistakes in project or provider selection. What participants take away: - a framework to distinguish a viable AI project from a mere fad, - the real questions to ask before launching (or funding) an initiative, - the technical and organizational conditions for a high-performing, tailored, and sustainable AI.
