Conference #1

Implementing a Responsible Digital Strategy (Green IT)

The conference addresses Responsible Digital Technology: Introduction to the definition of Responsible Digital Technology, Digital Sobriety, Green for IT, and IT for Green 1. Green for IT / Reducing the environmental impact of IT systems and associated services Impacts of digital technology on the environment and measuring one's own impact Establishing a digital sobriety approach: For users with a circular and environmental digital pathway: smartphone, computer equipment, printing - By acting on IT tools and infrastructure, programming languages - And on the data centers and telecom networks used - By being mindful of the rebound effect and the approach to use 2. Technological levers on CSR IT for Green For clients: e.g., reducing unnecessary travel, waste, obsolescence through B2B, B2C digital platforms, predictive maintenance, usage-based replenishment... For employees: e.g., reducing travel with telecommuting tools, carpooling, eco-driving Internal to the company: e.g., Industry: Eco-design, traceability and supply chain, 3D printing, General services: Energy efficiency, transportation through IoT 3. Double materiality, risks to IT systems related to climate change Assessing risks to IT systems directly or indirectly via suppliers (e.g., lack of water, electricity, replacement equipment) Developing a strategy to reduce these risks Conclusion Concrete examples related to the company's activities are provided, and preliminary points are made to tailor the conference to the company and the audience. The conference can be filmed, and the presentation is sent in advance for validation and revision if necessary.

Conference #2

Facing Climate Challenges: Impacts, Mitigation Strategy, Adaptation

This conference addresses how companies can tackle climate and environmental challenges. 1. Introduction to climate and environmental issues: Climate change and greenhouse gases, biodiversity loss, planetary boundaries. 2. Impacts on businesses (triple constraint: climate disruption / energy crisis / lack of resources including raw materials and water). 3. Carbon footprint and environmental mitigation strategy (and its co-benefits including cost reduction) with levers, scope 3 (upstream and downstream of the company's activity) addressing the issue of greenwashing, compensation, and carbon neutrality. 4. Adaptation strategy for companies (business model, circular economy, diversification...). 5. Conclusion. Conference #3

What are the AI innovations for your business and employees?

In-person (45 min to 2h) or in web conference (via Zoom, Teams ... 30 min to 1h30) with 15 to 30 min of Q&A if desired in French or English. After an introduction to AI and machine learning, Dimitri Carbonnelle will illustrate with specific examples (innovations, startups on an international level...) what AI can bring to your business and your sector, as well as to your employees on topics at the heart of your profession: banking, insurance, health, retail, industry ... and/or cross-cutting: HR, finance, sales, marketing ... His examples are drawn notably from his participation in trade shows such as CES Las Vegas, MWC Barcelona, and Viva Tech, where he conducts in-depth analyses (e.g., CES Las Vegas 2020: http://bit.ly/livo_ces20) To have a common thread, he proposes that these examples follow a storyline, for example, the journey of a customer, a product, and visualize what AI can bring at each stage (e.g., the journey of a passenger for Paris Airports, a medication for a pharmaceutical lab). You will also learn about the limits, biases, and risks of AI and the controls to be put in place to avoid errors, and you will see an approach to integrating AI into your business starting from the problem to arrive at a relevant solution. Dimitri Carbonnelle will share his field experience in managing and implementing innovative projects within large groups such as Moët-Hennessy, Ingenico, a major player in fashion. Each time, the project has been operationally deployed (and thus the POC/prototype phase was only an intermediate phase before deployment). He will present the future disruptions in your sector due to AI. He will also propose to conduct a Q&A session with the audience where he will use his project experience to respond.
