At the Heart of Companies for a Global Quality of Life (#QVG)
A man's journey is not just a list of the companies he has been associated with, but rather the mark he has left and the lessons he has learned. Starting very early in the world of business services, I first managed a subsidiary of IBM in what was not yet called the Grand Est, but which we had already named 'Grand Est', a vision when it holds you! Then in 1993, I created my first consulting firm, VF CONSULT, focused on the digital transformation of organizations. In 2017, I co-founded SAS CERVEAU 2, which brings together my consulting activities with those of 3 friends and colleagues to develop the concept of 'Global Mentoring'. My conferences combine personal experience, numerous interactions with the audience, and scientific references. I also facilitate many round tables and seminars.

Burn-Out: the 6 Burnouts
Burn-Out: the 6 Burnouts clearly links the exhaustion of the planet with the exhaustion of humans, induced by societal changes not directly related to the will of companies: reduced sleep, growth of digital addictions, development of social isolation, decreased availability of the healthcare system, etc. An approach in the form of a conference to clearly dissociate Burn-Out from exhaustion in the professional sphere, understand the terminology, and access the elements that allow for effectively combating Burn-Out and exhaustion in the workplace and among each collaborator.
Envisioning Global Quality of Life for a Better Quality of Life at Work
Despite all efforts, cases of demotivation, burnout, exhaustion, and health incidents (stroke, heart attack, depression, etc.) continue to rise. The reduction of Psychosocial Risks (PSR) and the improvement of Quality of Life at Work (QLW) have reached their limits. Indeed, even the most virtuous organizations in this area are faced with cases of employees who falter, regardless of their age or profession. QLW IS NO LONGER ENOUGH! The CREDIR research center, for over 7 years now, based on more than 40,000 pages of life stories from professionals experiencing exhaustion or burnout, collected during 3-day workshops/checkups, has initiated the concept of QGL: Global Quality of Life and its equation.
