Bouncing Back from Failure: How to Turn Setbacks into Winning Moves?

Who has never experienced that unpleasant feeling of having messed up a project, an exam, or a file? Who has never doubted their own abilities to succeed? Who has never experienced what can be called 'failure'? At first glance, we might wish to avoid it, but human psychology and the trajectories of great professional, athletic, or artistic successes help us understand that failure: 1. is part of the daily life of every human being 2. is the price of learning. Failure is therefore neither a shame to flee from nor a glory to seek: it is a necessary passage. It is often said that every medal has its reverse. Perhaps behind every setback, there is a medal to be sought, by changing our perception of error, thanks to the credo: 'Since we reap what we sow, let us plant ourselves.' OBJECTIVES • Discover the 2 major psychological configurations for managing error outlined by a criminologist by training • Understand the springs to bounce back and the levers to shift from one perception to another • Overcome challenges alone and as a team by developing resilience and determination. KEY IDEAS • 7 psychological springs of the negative spiral of failure • 7 key elements of a constructive attitude towards failure • 3+1 rebound levers

The Attitude of Heroes: Becoming an Inspired, Responsible, and Action-Oriented Leader

It seems that success always smiles on the same people. A stroke of fate? A gift? Not at all: great leaders and entrepreneurs leverage the same resources to succeed and succeed repeatedly. Through the investigation of the journeys of great entrepreneurs and the cross-referencing of behavioral patterns conducted by Fred, adopt a simple and powerful framework for inspired leadership, action-oriented, and continuous progress. Discover your own drivers and the levers to make a difference. All of this with a good dose of meaning to stay on course and become, in a world plagued by doubt and confusion, our first reference points. Now more than ever, let us become our own heroes through our solitary actions (no one will take care of this for us) undertaken with a solidarity perspective (others must be able to benefit from the fruits of our efforts).
