Frédéric Bardeau, a pillar of social entrepreneurship in France, has been harnessing the power of digital technology for over a quarter of a century to support the most vulnerable individuals and regions. Holding degrees in political science and economic intelligence, Frédéric Bardeau has always had a passion for cyberculture, activism, empowerment, and digital inclusion. In 2008, he immersed himself in social entrepreneurship by co-founding Agence LIMITE, an organization fully dedicated to the responsible communication of NGOs. In 2013, he initiated Simplon.co, a social enterprise that offers free training to thousands of job seekers, facilitates the digitalization of the social and solidarity economy sector, and supports professional retraining through a network of hundreds of schools in over 23 countries. That same year, he co-founded with his partner Lykemi, a humanitarian organization that carries out human-scale projects, often in rural or isolated environments. Today, Simplon trains over 7,000 people each year in more than 120 schools across 27 countries. With a team of 250 employees, the social enterprise generates a turnover of 30 million euros. Alongside his entrepreneurial journey, Frédéric published in 2011 and then in 2014 the books "Anonymous, can they change the world?" and "Read, write, count, code". Recognized as one of the leading social entrepreneurs in France and a true specialist in emerging technologies, Frédéric is frequently sought after by organizations to discuss social entrepreneurship, inclusion, innovation, and artificial intelligence.
