A journey that appears chaotic: an invested, motivated employee who loves her job and a professional burnout enters my life at the dawn of my 50s, a stroke that will stop me dead in my tracks at work, a rejected return, put on the sidelines, I will be dismissed from my position as assistant director after 25 years of good and loyal service. Everything seems to collapse! I believe my professional life is over. I then sought to understand to make sense of all this chaos. Writing a book, published in January 2018, a certified training in Paris in coaching individuals and organizations, a mishap that nearly cost me my spine, I create despite my company and training organization! My wish is to shed light on these so-called suffering issues related to work because to act, it is necessary to understand! And above all to convey a message that is "Everything is possible, Nothing is fixed"
