Jean-françois Hadida

As a speaker on behavioral transformation, I use emotional stories (my "behavioral madeleines") to sustainably anchor messages.

speaker-picture

Jean-François Hadida is a storyteller, a teacher not of history but of stories. Jean-François graduated from an International Business School and started his career in the United States. A creator of start-ups in New York in the fashion sector, he then returned to France to work in high medical technology and then in the telecommunications field. After about fifteen years of experience in sales, particularly with major accounts at Orange, he shifted his professional activities towards the world of behaviors and management. In recent years, he has led and supported major transformation projects in support or operational functions, in B2B or B2C, both in France and internationally. For over 10 years, he has directed Orange's Corporate University, Orange Campus, where he has notably developed his pedagogical and managerial expertise in training and transformation for the 20,000 managers of the Group. Since June 2017, he has also been a speaker within his company Toc Talk on management, organizational agility, transformations, behaviors, and customer relations. With a creative temperament, he is very comfortable speaking to animate and convey innovative and disruptive ideas. He generally leverages these strengths to tackle new themes with an offbeat tone, while not lacking in humor or humility. In 2023, he published his book "Is There a Pilot in Life?" focused on human behaviors and developing how to better take control of one's destiny in the face of today's world challenges. In 2024, he took on the responsibility for managerial development of the DO Grand Sud East. Since 2026, he has been a speaker, public speaking coach, and training consultant within his company Toc Talk. He addresses these areas of expertise with an approach using "behavioral madeleines," stories filled with emotion to enhance the audience's memory anchoring.

Conference #1

Is There a Pilot in Life?

"You have the power to put me in prison, but you do not have the power to make me a prisoner." Nelson Mandela once declared to his jailers and opponents. A shocking phrase, but one that deserves our attention and time. Through this reflection, he raises an essential question about the keys to our freedom, about the possibility we all have to take our destiny into our own hands, regardless of the circumstances. How much time do we dedicate to it? A handful of fortuitous moments… while it concerns our existence and we should spend most of our time piloting it! Are we prisoners of ourselves? Have we been imprisoned without our knowledge? Do we have an escape plan? Is it feasible? And if so, how do we escape? In this conference, I propose to explore human behaviors, the strength of attitudes and mental postures, and through the narrative power of metaphors, tales, and true and emblematic stories, to develop your ability to face any type of situation, understand the workings of will, ego, emotions, desires, perceptions… and thus better take charge of your destiny.

Conference #2

What if the uncertain became my best friend?

WHAT IF THE UNCERTAIN BECAME MY BEST FRIEND? My presentation aims to address the question of how collectives and management function in a VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex, ambiguous) world. My remarks attempt to answer the following questions: • How to work on meaning, which has never been so expected and has never been so difficult to find? • How to make your collective function in a complex and uncertain world? • How to make appropriate decisions in an ambiguous and volatile universe? • How to motivate and unleash the power of action of employees with suitable organizational agility? • What are the consequences for management and leadership?
