Jean-Luc Stanislas Speaker on Leadership & AI Governance in Healthcare – Founder of ManagerSante.com® Since 2016, Jean-Luc Stanislas has been the CEO and founder of ManagerSante.com®, an influential digital media platform that brings together over 20,000 healthcare and hospital management professionals and coordinates a network of more than 60 interdisciplinary experts in France and internationally. As an expert consultant in leadership, hospital management, and generative AI governance, he supports general management, HR directors, and senior executives of healthcare and social care institutions, from strategic diagnosis to the operational deployment of organizational transformations. As a speaker and trainer, he focuses on three major areas: responsible integration of generative AI in care organizations, strengthening managerial leadership, and improving quality of life at work and team engagement. This conference clarifies what AI can really bring to caregivers and managers, and what must absolutely be regulated.
