The grip and the release in personal relationships
The grip in personal relationships often builds up gradually and discreetly, making its recognition particularly complex. Control, isolation, guilt-inducing behavior, emotional dependence, or devaluation can settle over time and weaken self-esteem as well as freedom of choice. This conference aims to help participants understand the psychological mechanisms of grip, identify behaviors that should raise alarms, and better grasp the reasons why it is sometimes difficult to distance oneself or leave an unbalanced relationship. It also explores the process of release, highlighting the steps that allow one to regain self-confidence, autonomy, and discernment. Through everyday examples and reflective tools, participants will discover pathways to rebuild healthier relationships that respect their needs and boundaries. This intervention provides an accessible framework to better understand these phenomena, prevent their establishment, and support a journey towards relational freedom.
Analyze, understand, support and prevent minors who are victims of sexual exploitation
The sexual exploitation of minors is often an invisible reality, but it has profound and lasting consequences for victims, their families, and society. This conference aims to address this phenomenon with clarity, exploring its different forms, the mechanisms of control used by perpetrators, and the vulnerability factors that expose young people. It will also highlight the role of digital environments, social networks, and new technologies in the recruitment and manipulation of victims. Aimed at professionals, educators, parents, and anyone concerned with child protection, this meeting will provide keys to better identify warning signs, understand legal and psychological issues, and strengthen prevention strategies. Through analyses, feedback, and concrete action paths, the speakers will invite the audience to develop collective vigilance and a culture of protection. Because every child has the right to safety, dignity, and respect, this conference aims to contribute to a sustainable mobilization against all forms of sexual exploitation of minors.
