Transforming difference into a lever for individual and collective success is the guiding thread of my journey, from the Legion of Honor at 15 to the Micheline Ostermeyer Prize 2025... and it's not over yet! I embody an exceptional journey at the crossroads of high-level sports, management, and commitment to a more inclusive society. As a Paralympic athlete, HR leader, and speaker, I have transformed every stage of my life into a lever for performance and collective impact, in the context of disability. Sport has been my first field of demand. From adolescence, I established myself as a high-level swimmer and participated in three Paralympic Games: Atlanta, Sydney, and Athens. At 24, my record includes 12 Paralympic medals, 22 European Championship titles, and several world titles. This career taught me discipline, rigor, pressure management, and the ability to perform sustainably in demanding environments. It also earned me several national distinctions, including the Legion of Honor and the National Order of Merit. After my sports career, I pursued a demanding professional path within the EDF group up to the position of Human Resources Director. In 2020, I joined the Organizing Committee for the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games as the Head of Paralympic Integration. My mission was clear: to promote the Paralympic Games at the same level as the Olympic Games and contribute to changing the perception of Paralympic sports and disability sustainably. This human and collective adventure led to a historic success, with the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games recognized as the most inclusive and accessible ever organized. In parallel, I regularly serve as a consultant for France Télévisions during major international competitions. Today, I am a corporate speaker, addressing institutions, grandes écoles, and public organizations. I have delivered over 60 conferences in France, focusing on themes of inclusion, leadership, collective performance, motivation, and managing high-impact projects. My interventions are based on concrete experiences and operational methods drawn from high-level sports, management, and organizing major international events. Through my conferences, I convey a clear message: difference, whether visible or invisible, is not a hindrance but a strategic resource when recognized and put to the service of the collective. I help organizations identify talents, overcome stereotypes, and build more effective, responsible, and inclusive environments.
