Managing Diversity in Teams. Focus on Interculturalism!
How to integrate differences in our teams and our organization? Differences in age, gender, professions, perceptions of what work is, religious beliefs... How to understand the changes in the world of work and illustrate the benefits of intercultural management? What is the "archipelago company" as a new model of organization? We respond based on a triple experience as HR Director (L'Oréal), teacher, and researcher in sociology. I could come and present to you the state of the art in "diversity management" and "interculturalism", tailored to your context, illustrated with several practical cases... and reflect with you on the concrete consequences for your managerial and HR practices. This conference is illustrated with numerous concrete cases and ready-to-use tools.
Attracting and Retaining Talent
Work engagement is evolving, and the new generations arriving are prompting a profound redefinition of our practices. My presentation helps to better attract and retain talent, particularly hard-to-find profiles and "atypicals" (highly skilled, different, and generous individuals)! How can we integrate and protect them? What is the "archipelago company"? How can we understand the changes in the world of work? We respond based on a triple experience as an HR director (L'Oréal), educator, and researcher in sociology. Have you been able to define the 5 good reasons to come to your company that are either few or nonexistent at your main competitor? If so, then I could come and present the state of the art in HR, tailored to your context, illustrated with several cases... and reflect with you on the concrete consequences for your recruitment, employer brand, and HR policy.
