Wishing to share my overall experience, I titled my conference "From the Film Set to the Company: The Human Element, the Key to Collective Success," the observation being that technological solutions alone can never provide the satisfaction and emotional experience that both the spectator and the client seek.
As an actor, corporate speaker, and screenwriter, I am well-acquainted with these two fields of activity.
From the idea of the script to the final projection, I discuss:

- How to transform this vision into a structured action plan (production)
- How to collaborate with multiple expertise under pressure (shooting)
- How to maintain fluid communication in a complex and changing environment
