This conference aims to be immersive, interactive, and original, bridging two seemingly distant worlds: Cinema and Business. Wishing to share my overall experience, I titled my conference "From the Film Set to the Company: The Human Element, the Key to Collective Success," the observation being that technological solutions alone can never provide the satisfaction and emotional experience that both the spectator and the client seek. As an actor, corporate speaker, and screenwriter, I am well-acquainted with these two fields of activity. From the idea of the script to the final projection, I discuss: - How an idea becomes a shared vision (writing) - How to transform this vision into a structured action plan (production) - How to collaborate with multiple expertise under pressure (shooting) - How to maintain fluid communication in a complex and changing environment - And above all, how to engage everyone in a meaningful collective adventure Designed as a true narrative, my presentation alternates storytelling, concrete analogies, and inspiring perspectives, placing Human and Communication at the heart of everything. It allows participants to envision themselves differently in their roles, within their teams, and in their ways of functioning. It is aimed at both executive teams and employees, in the context of seminars, conventions, or other internal events.
