Dr. Vanessa Marcié is the founder of Leading With Humour©, an innovative consulting firm that helps professionals integrate humor into their management practices and develop leadership suited for the company of tomorrow. An international speaker, trainer, leadership coach, and pioneer of change theories through humor, she has been establishing a link between entertainment, business, and science since 2019. She has collaborated with numerous organizations in both the private and public sectors, such as Unilever, LinkedIn, Inmarsat, Orange, EDF, Vinci, Bpifrance, Sky, Banque Populaire, M comme Mutuelle, Atos, and MGEN. She regularly speaks at business schools and universities, including Cambridge University, HEC Paris, London Business School, Oxford University, Toulouse Business School, and EDHEC Business School.
