Author, speaker, consultant, founder of Yoomonkeez, speaker at business and management schools, director of the National Observatory of Commercial Leaders of France from 2014 to 2017. My mission is to guide professionals, leaders, employees, and all those who think about their business differently. When I created SINEOS Consulting in 2006, I aimed to bring forth new ways of working together (SINEOS comes from the Greek syndeo: to connect and neos: new). This ambition ultimately exceeded reality, driven by the challenges of this new millennium. Even better, it has become a vocation, even a passion that fuels my reflections, my books, and my conferences today. Observing the world, the economy, technology, and the life of businesses. Understanding organizations, analyzing them, anticipating their future, and proposing development paths. Moreover, understanding what it means to be human at the heart of this socio-technological transformation with artificial intelligence in sight and helping individuals find their place rather than suffer. This is my mission and my commitment. I have had the chance to lead the National Observatory of Commercial Leaders of France since 2014. The opportunity to meet hundreds of leaders and companies each year that shape the French economy daily, to discuss their doubts but especially their desires and motivations to build the France of tomorrow. This experience led me to write "Let's Invent the 21st Century Company", then "Homo-Commercialus of the 21st Century - the Disruption of Commerce". Helping leaders and professionals grow is good. But if we want to get ahead, we must also take the time to train the younger generation. This is how I lead courses and workshops in 5 different schools and universities. We talk about 21st-century management, of course, but also about organizational transformation, the future of work, artificial intelligence, and entrepreneurship in a world that lives in real-time. In 2017, I created Yoomonkeez, a startup that innovates in micro-learning. The idea came from a phrase: "How to inspire employees to learn every day." Talking about desire is speaking to the heart of people. So we created the technological tool that makes it possible. A great adventure supported by French Tech. A true passion for humanity, a long history with new technologies and digital dating back to my childhood, a desire to understand and transmit stemming from my family, an ambition to shape the world, and an artistic touch that carries sensitivity and emotion. This is what I propose to share through my conferences, my books, reflection workshops, supporting management and teams, and sometimes coaching.
