Vincent Giraudeaux

Entrepreneur, artist, idea agitator

speaker-picture

I was born in 1975, to a photographer father and a biologist mother. Married and father of 3 children. In 1997, after obtaining a DUT HSE, I joined the Alexis GRUSS company as an artist but mainly as a Circassian, learning the trades of the ring, as well as working with animals and setting up the tent during tours. Since then, I have never left this family. In September 2002, after 2 serious accidents, I decided to turn towards a second professional life. It seemed natural to me to develop my own consulting and training activity in quality of life at work. This national structure now has about a hundred employees spread over 10 agencies in France. I created and developed all my companies based on the values learned in live performance: respect, humility, questioning with a constant desire to transmit knowledge. Today, I share this experience during performance conferences that we host with the Gruss family, during which we come to share these 40 years of shared lives with companies, and thus confront two worlds that are often not as far apart as one might think.

Conference #1

Don't Let Them Fall!

The first conference that talks about the juggling manager! It is true that in business, we juggle. With time, with projects, with talents, and even emotions. Always in balance, never look down, and above all, never let go... In this conference, I will talk to you about the 5 qualities that a juggling manager must have. - Knowing how to recruit for the right reasons (not focusing on the candidate's past but rather on their future with you). - Adapting to each individuality (as many management methods as there are employees in the team and days in the year) - Giving meaning to projects (explaining each decision and owning it) - Not cheating (learning to win rather than being right) - Never letting go (showing humility and perseverance) To illustrate this, I draw parallels between my experience as an artist in live performance with the Alexis Gruss company and that of an entrepreneur leading a company of about a hundred employees. All illustrated by juggling performances.

Conference #2

QVT Comedy Club

LAUGHING AT OUR MISTAKES TO BETTER CORRECT THEM! A participatory conference led by: Vincent Giraudeaux: expert in occupational health and safety and entrepreneur. Jean-Charles MULIER from the Jamel Comedy Club and Trainer in public speaking. We invite you to act out everyday scenes from your company. JC guides you and caricatures the situations while Vincent analyzes and debriefs. Together, we contribute to improving the Quality of Life at Work in your organization. We address various themes around QVT: Prejudices at the coffee machine Nadine had an accident, Paul and Bertrand analyze the causes. Shortcuts are rampant. Little chance they understand what really happened. Connection/Disconnection Chantal is in a video call with her CEO but has to manage her son's texts and the multiple requests from her colleagues. Is she connected with the kings, or none? Go – No go at NASA The rocket is set to launch in 5 minutes. Questions remain. Will the skeptic, the optimist, and the pragmatic manage to agree under the pressure of the boss?

Conference #3

Dare the Imbalance!

A conference to dream while keeping your feet on the ground. Childhood friends who grew up together in the world of live performance, with the same education from their mentor: Alexis Gruss. Then different paths but always with common foundations and values: passion, humility, self-reflection, trust... Taking controlled risks thanks to solid foundations, learning to fall, getting back up, analyzing, starting over. "The work, erased by the work." So many examples, anecdotes, secrets that will lead you to discover what happens behind the curtain during a performance. An offbeat conference, punctuated by acrobatic and participatory demonstrations.
