A pure product of Generation Y, I have worked in 10 different companies and changed careers 4 times over the last 12 years. One could say that I have often questioned the concept of Happiness at Work. Trained in the science of Happiness at the Fabrique Spinoza and the University of Berkeley, I share my knowledge on the subject to (re)awaken employees' enthusiasm at work by helping them experience positive emotions. In workshops and conferences, I plant the seed of positive transformation in organizations, and in individual coaching, I water this seed to cultivate Happiness at Work.
