Internal Communication at the Heart of Change

I am a consultant in internal communication and change management. Most of my clients are private and public companies undergoing profound transformations and needing to create a collective dynamic around them. To succeed in these transformations, companies must develop internal communication that makes sense and encourages the commitment - and mobilization - of teams. This approach cannot be carried solely by the communication team. It must be shared and collectively supported within the company by managers and by the employees themselves. So how do we initiate this communication, organize it, and keep it alive over time? How do we resonate it, and align it, with the expected changes? How do we inspire the stakeholders of the company to envision a desirable future, but also - and above all - to build it together?
