Conference #1

Are women REALLY made to be managers? 😉

Women are increasingly indicating that they wish to take on responsibilities in companies, particularly through managerial positions. It has even become a global societal question. And yet, it is clear that the situation on this subject is not evolving, or is evolving very slowly, in many companies. What are the reasons for this? Is it a skills issue? A lack of leadership? A mindset issue? Are women capable of it? Do they really want it, beyond what they express? Where are the real blockages? And ultimately, is it really that important? What do you think? As for me, I have a small idea on the question that I will gladly share with you...

Conference #2

I have stereotypes... but I'm working on it!

This interactive conference is an opportunity to discover why disabled people are courageous, women are multitasking and intuitive, the French are grumpy, young people are individualistic, civil servants are lazy, seniors are inflexible, and the reason for the artistic sensitivity of homosexuals... It is an opportunity to discuss the processes behind the stereotypes we all have, without exception. It is an opportunity to understand how and why these stereotypes can so easily transform into prejudices, even discrimination... And thus be a terrible barrier to inclusion and to working better together. "It is harder to destroy a prejudice than an atom," said a certain Einstein... The good news is that we each have levers in our hands to avoid prejudging. So, even if it's difficult, and never guaranteed... we can choose to do otherwise!
