Brice Guyart - Speaker on performance collective

Double Olympic champion, Brice Guyart helps your teams combine performance, trust, and cooperation. The art of winning together.

Double Olympic champion in fencing, speaker, and trainer, Brice Guyart helps leaders and managers work as a team to perform sustainably. He connects his sports background to his corporate experience to provide concrete tools: acting with clarity under pressure, making decisions in uncertainty, and strengthening trust within the group. He combines the demand for results, trust, and cooperation.

Olympic team champion in Sydney in 2000, then individual champion in Athens in 2004, he shares a lived experience of decisions that engage a group and moments when pressure can change everything.

His perspective is also based on his corporate journey. An engineer by training and a graduate of a master's degree from ESCP-EAP in strategy and management of information systems, he worked for eleven years within the SNCF group, then six years at the organizing committee of Paris 2024, focusing on athlete mobilization and experience. He is now the founder of Sport Impacts Consulting and vice-president of the French Fencing Federation, responsible for performance and high-level sports.

His Olympic Masterclass on responsible leadership connects high-level sports situations to the daily challenges of business: maintaining clarity under pressure, bouncing back after a mistake, adapting to the unexpected, and keeping team engagement.

Through his narrative and exchanges with participants, he provides concrete tools for mental preparation and communication: refocusing, visualization, breathing, assertiveness, constructive feedback, and collective decision-making. His approach invites everyone to reflect on their own behaviors and identify transferable practices in their professional daily life.

Certified trainer and DISC & Motivational Forces practitioner, he created Fencing Impacts. This training combines understanding behaviors and motivations, masterclasses, and collective situational exercises through fencing. The modules can be offered independently or combined according to the company's objectives.

What did Brice Guyart do before becoming a speaker?

My journey has been built between high-level sports and business. A double Olympic champion in foil, team event in Sydney in 2000 and then individually in Athens in 2004, I also worked for eleven years within the SNCF group and six years at the organizing committee for Paris 2024.

I then founded Sport Impacts Consulting, my consulting company in marketing, communication, and sports event management. I develop Fencing Impacts there, an approach to training in responsible leadership and collective performance that combines DISC and Driving Forces, masterclasses, and practical situations through fencing. My conferences are part of this continuity: sharing experiences and useful tools with leaders, managers, and their teams.

What led Brice Guyart to become a speaker?

The desire to share what high performance has taught me, in success as well as in doubt. Preparing for and experiencing an Olympic final raises questions that are also found in business: how to remain clear-headed when the stakes are high, accept mistakes, make decisions together, maintain trust, and develop a culture of mutual support? I share these experiences to derive useful practices for everyday professional life.

Why book Brice Guyart rather than another speaker?

My contribution lies at the intersection of three experiences: Olympic competition, business, and the organization of Paris 2024. I connect lived situations to concrete management issues. Depending on the format, this transmission can be extended through DISC and the practice of fencing, to experiment with cooperation and communication under pressure.

What is Brice Guyart's speaking angle?

I have experienced the Olympic demand in a discipline where one is both alone on the track and dependent on the team that prepares us. I combine this experience with my corporate background to show how relationships, roles, and behaviors are developed in service of a common result.

How does the audience experience a talk by Brice Guyart?

The intervention alternates between stories, questions to the audience, and practical applications. Depending on the format, participants answer a quiz, reflect on a professional situation, or practice reformulating a message. This participation allows them to connect the teachings to their daily lives and adds rhythm to the exchange.

Why do organizers like working with Brice Guyart?

What concrete results can the audience expect after a talk by Brice Guyart?

The goal is to leave with a better understanding of one's reactions under pressure and strategies to communicate and cooperate more effectively. Participants can identify a behavior to adjust and a commitment to test as a team. The consolidation of these changes then depends on their implementation; follow-up can extend certain formats.

Conference #1

Team up for sustainable performance: trust, mutual support, and winning behaviors in the face of uncertainty. The keys to responsible leadership.

How to maintain trust and cooperation when results are expected, when benchmarks change, and when pressure mounts?

Based on his journey as a double Olympic champion and his experience in business, Brice Guyart shares the lessons from high-level competition to develop responsible leadership.

This masterclass explores three challenges:

• Acting with clarity under pressure: refocusing, preparing for an important deadline, and regaining availability after a mistake.

• Adapting to the unexpected and deciding together: facilitating dialogue, building consensus, and developing a culture of mutual support.

• Enhancing the quality of exchanges: clearly expressing expectations, adapting communication, and providing constructive feedback.

The Olympic narrative is accompanied by exchanges and exercises tailored to the audience. Participants discover concrete tools to transpose into their meetings, decisions, and daily interactions.

Format: conference or masterclass of about one hour, with adjustable time for exchange. Possibility to extend the intervention with a DISC & Motivational Forces workshop or a collective situation simulation through fencing.
