Christian is a Swedish speaker and entrepreneur, passionate about well-being and work culture. After his career in the Swedish Navy, he has been a consultant in HR and leadership for about twenty years, with experience in international organizations such as the telecommunications giant Ericsson and the UN (UNDP, WFP, UNHCR, etc).

During the pandemic, Christian focused on our adaptation to remote work and gathered good examples of how we managed the crisis and prepared for the entry into the new normal. During this work, he realized that what it takes to succeed with hybrid work is indeed a blend of French and Scandinavian work culture. Since then, he has been active with the conference "The New Normal from a Scandinavian Perspective."
