A mix of French and Scandinavian leadership is what it takes to succeed in the new normal! Christian Altenius, entrepreneur, speaker, and former officer in the Swedish Navy, offers you a Franco-Scandinavian perspective on work culture and the challenges and opportunities of hybrid work. Christian is a Swedish speaker and entrepreneur, passionate about well-being and work culture. After his career in the Swedish Navy, he has been a consultant in HR and leadership for about twenty years, with experience in international organizations such as the telecommunications giant Ericsson and the UN (UNDP, WFP, UNHCR, etc). During the pandemic, Christian focused on our adaptation to remote work and gathered good examples of how we managed the crisis and prepared for the entry into the new normal. During this work, he realized that what it takes to succeed with hybrid work is indeed a blend of French and Scandinavian work culture. Since then, he has been active with the conference "The New Normal from a Scandinavian Perspective." Christian is fluent in French, having delivered around a hundred training sessions and conferences in French. Christian Altenius's conferences are available on-site or online.
