Cornelia Findeisen
Experience to engage you. Ideas to open up possibilities. Humor to delight you.
A different kind of ENA graduate, Franco-German and multilingual (including literary Arabic), with an atypical background, Cornelia is a public executive but also a founder of companies and an incubator of innovative projects. She is currently the head of the HR department of the State's digital sector and is committed to associations to boost parity, entrepreneurship, and women's careers. Passionate about innovation and organizational, business, and individual transformations, capable of captivating and inspiring her audience, she regularly speaks on individual and collective resilience, transformations for large organizations, managerial innovation, and leadership postures in a rapidly changing world. Her interventions are never purely theoretical but are rooted in her extensive managerial experience and her life between the cultures of different countries, the public and private sectors, leaders, and field collaborators. With a hint of a German accent, her conferences are full of humor (almost stand-up!) optimism, and energy! They are said to be inspiring, refreshing, and opening new perspectives. A jack-of-all-trades driven by a great thirst for learning, Cornelia constantly seeks to train and explore new paths. She is also a coach, trainer (HEC Executive Education, Zeebra Social Learning Studio, ...), designer of personal and collective development programs, and the author of the book "Resilience & Leadership, No Nonsense!" which gives voice to 21 top managers, entrepreneurs, leaders, military personnel... The book was published in May 2021.

Data, No Nonsense!
The survival kit for the manager-leader in the era of digital disruptions, without complexes and without jargon, or almost... Do you think that data, digitalization, and everything that comes with it is a matter for geeks? Do you feel that AI and big data are terms not really from your world that only long-haired, greasy (de)coders can unravel? Do you still think (even if you don't say it too loudly) that you can get by without really knowing what Industry 4.0 and the new economy are? At the same time, your life is increasingly governed by digital work tools, social networks, and you can't live without your smartphone anymore? This conference will allow you to decipher the stakes, opportunities, and limits, even the threats of our now completely 'data-driven' world. It will help you understand what is happening, how it concerns you, and how to seize it (or not). Without turning you into a long-haired, greasy geek, without headaches and without nonsense.
Welcome to the Learning World
More than a conference, a true 'Learning Expedition' Do you find that the world is moving faster and faster? Do you sometimes feel like you are falling behind on technological developments, not always being in sync with new work tools, new ways of interacting, meeting, and moving forward together? At the same time, your work pace is accelerating and you can no longer find the time to train? Rest assured, you are not alone! We have good news and bad news for you. The bad news is that the world, and with it the world of work, has indeed entered a phase where everything is accelerating and changing. And in this world, failing to adapt, failing to try to understand it, failing to move and transform oneself, constantly, no longer forgives. You risk quickly becoming outdated, or worse, being left behind. Because a changing world is a world that learns, a world that learns itself! The good news is that training and transforming oneself to keep pace with all these changes is not only possible, but it can even be easy. It won't take too much of your time and could even become a pleasure you won't want to give up. In this conference, Cornelia will share her experience as an intensive 'consumer' of training and 'learning experiences', sometimes unprecedented, but also her expertise and practice as a trainer, facilitator, and professional in the field of continuing education. She will reveal good and false truths, how to get ahead and become an active participant in one's own (trans-)formation journey... She will take you off the beaten path to rediscover training as an adventure, a permanent exploration, essential, but also exciting and invigorating; in short, an experience that will make you more effective in your profession, but also more comfortable in your life overall and will open up new perspectives for you! All of this with a lot of enthusiasm, a good dose of humor and self-deprecation, concrete examples, and above all with an inspiring and impactful freshness!
Resilience and Leadership, No Nonsense!
The conference revisits the theme of the book of the same name, reflecting on the experiences and lessons of 21 leaders who have all managed to face crises, reinvent themselves, and transform without losing their way. What if the key skill of leaders is resilience? This conference complements the book. Like the book, it is unvarnished and straightforward. It is also an opportunity to address crises, difficulties, and uncertainties as new opportunities, not forgetting humor and enjoyment! Also, check out the book's blog: https://www.resilienceleadershipsansblabla.com/
Make impactful and straightforward meetings, even remotely!
Do you find yourself suffering from your meetings? Too long, too unengaging, too much fluff, no results? What if you turned the tables a bit? A few simple tips and voilà, your meetings will be 'liberated': they will gain in efficiency, pace, but also in good humor and friendliness. Your colleagues and collaborators won't want to do without them!
Tatin-style Leadership! - Signature Conference of a Stunning Leader

It is particularly suitable for re-energizing managers and executives of organizations looking for a new lease on life and aiming to transform to be ready in the post-COVID phase. An original, offbeat conference, full of humor and energy, that speaks from the ground!
