Coach and consultant since 1996, I have been a speaker since 2018. I have had the opportunity to work with numerous clients in both the public and private sectors. As an expert in cultural transformations, I address topics of leadership, management, formalizing vision and values. I design innovative and engaging educational programs to facilitate the deployment of transformation projects and their embedding in professional practices. My method for successfully achieving transformations relies as much on supporting and observing hundreds of structures or individuals as on fundamental scientific principles derived from physics, biology, and neuroscience.
I am a graduate of the École Normale Supérieure, hold an MBA and a PhD in acoustic physics, and have been practicing consulting and coaching for over 25 years.
