Evelyne Cohen Lemoine (cohen-tannoudji)
Coach, expert in cultural transformations within organizations, scientist, physics and neuroscience expert, APM expert
I have been a coach and consultant since 1996. I have been a speaker since 2018. I have had the opportunity to work with numerous clients in both the public and private sectors. As an expert in cultural transformations, I address topics of leadership, management, formalizing vision and values. I design innovative and engaging educational programs to facilitate the deployment of transformation projects and their integration into professional practices. My method for successful transformations relies on both the support and observation of hundreds of structures or individuals as well as fundamental scientific principles from physics, biology, and neuroscience. I am a graduate of the École Normale Supérieure, hold an MBA and a PhD in acoustic physics, and have been practicing consulting and coaching for over 20 years.

Evelyne Cohen Lemoine's Conference: Succeeding in Cultural Transformation
In this interview-style presentation, I pitch my conference on cultural transformations. I explain why most of them fail, meaning they result in a degraded state compared to the previous situation. Through my numerous experiences across all sectors, I recount the reasons for these failures, including issues of intention and lack of embodiment, management driven solely by results, problems related to the lack of consideration for the human factor, and issues of timing. I then discuss possible solutions and levers.
Expert in Cultural Transformations
I have found that 75% of cultural transformations are conducted in absurd or senseless ways. Their failure often leads to a return to the previous situation. Welcome to the world of before! I will talk to you about the 25% that succeed, and I will develop a 5-step method to illustrate these success factors.
