Innovating at the Pace of Startups. To avoid being overwhelmed by the digital tsunami, accelerating innovation allows us to ride the wave. Today, 'Tech' dominates the world: 6 of the 7 largest global market capitalizations are digital companies. Certainly, stock valuations are merely reflections of investors' more or less accurate expectations. But the business impact is already very real: Booking's revenue is 3 times that of Accor, and Netflix's is 3 times that of Canal+. I propose to share my experience as an entrepreneur and practitioner of innovation within large groups: - How do startups disrupt established companies? - Why now? - And especially what tools and practices must established companies implement to accelerate innovation? (open innovation, agile teams, intrapreneurship, corporate venture, startup studio, etc...) The presentation can be adapted based on the available time, ranging from 30 minutes to 2 hours. I greatly appreciate exchange sessions during or after the presentation. Additionally, it is possible to plan workshops on specific transformation/innovation topics for the organizer or bilateral exchange sessions with intrapreneurs or project leaders, for example. My main experiences: - Founder and leader for 5 years of La Poste's industrial accelerator, since the launch of the initiative: several thousand startups analyzed, over 70 external or internal startups supported, several million in generated revenue. - Startup entrepreneur in digital since 2006: company sold to PagesJaunes. - M&A and corporate venture: Acquisition or minority stake in 6 digital companies or startups. (total revenue amount >100 M€)
