Jessica Sbaraglia – Speaker on urban agriculture, entrepreneurship, and ecological transition A few words about me: Former high-level athlete, I was among the best national hopes in Switzerland in tennis before transitioning into entrepreneurship. Graduated from a prestigious business school, I chose to channel my energy into an ambitious project: reinventing our relationship with food by developing urban agriculture on a large scale. In 2016, I founded Terrae, a company that transforms rooftops and unused urban spaces into productive farms. Today, we grow organic fruits and vegetables in the heart of Monaco and Nice, integrating innovative cultivation techniques and raising public awareness about the urgency of local production. Through this entrepreneurial adventure, I have faced numerous challenges: creating a viable economic model in a niche sector, mobilizing public and private stakeholders, and above all, proving that urban agriculture is not a utopia, but a necessity. In parallel, I share my experience and vision during conferences and interventions at professional events, seminars, and schools.
