Creating an Innovative Business or Startup: From Idea to Project, to Impact

Whether you are a recent graduate or an employee (up to manager/executive), entrepreneurship has been on the rise for several years and perhaps even more so since: - The pandemic crisis - The increasing accessibility of digital tools making it possible to do more with less More and more incentive programs for starting a business exist, but they are generally generic regarding the types of projects, focusing their success on the creation of a status (self-employed or company). However, an entrepreneurial activity measures its success by its viability and sustainability over time. About 6 to 7 out of 10 businesses do not survive beyond 3 years, and nearly 9 out of 10 startups fail before reaching this 3-year mark. Our program and methods focused on tech and digital or innovative projects are the result of 12 years of experience in France and internationally across 22 countries worldwide. We support around 200 projects per year with a business or startup model (we will see together the difference) with a success rate of 70% that surpasses the 3-year mark and creates value (revenue and employment impact). In a seminar format (1 full day) or ideally a bootcamp (5 days from Monday to Friday) or another format to discuss, we can convey the information and effective methodologies to maximize the chances of success in creating an innovative business or startup.
