Award ceremonies, events, round tables, or masterclasses, regardless of the format, two things are important for those who organize them: - the coherence between the promise and the content and formats - the audience's engagement. It is on this double challenge that I establish the preparation and facilitation of all formats, whether professional or public, that I have the chance to lead. Staying true to the style without losing oneself, listening to adapt, putting oneself in the shoes of the audience and the protagonists (on stage and backstage). How many times has a panel of speakers seemed a bit off to you? That's the risk when one neglects preparation and communication in advance. I know how to adapt to audiences, topics, and objectives.
