Words to Inspire Wonder, Momentum, and Commitment.

speaker-picture

To meet the collective challenges that require us to bring energy, innovation, and cooperation, I believe it is important to nurture our sensitive side. Putting things into perspective, finding meaning, drawing from stimulating inspirations to envision the future with momentum, reconnecting with the desire to act out of love for life, the earth, and our contemporaries. I give corporate conferences with this aim: to offer words that connect with beauty, gratitude, wonder, enthusiasm, and joy. For over 15 years, I have been writing and publishing novels, columns, and poetry. I love using my voice, my presence, the space - to bring a narrative to life, to intertwine it with contemporary reflection. I see it as another way to convey, to engage, to touch. It is an opportunity to reconcile my different facets. Through my studies at Sciences-Po Paris, at CNAM, at the Sorbonne, through my travels and passions, through my work as a coach, I have developed an original approach, with diverse, rich, and complex inspirations that I am delighted to share, making them deliciously alive.

Conference #1

In the Face of Uncertainty, Act as a Pioneer

We agree: the news of our 2020s is quite anxiety-inducing. So what? Do we wallow in dark perspectives waiting for it to pass? But how could 'it' pass without our full investment of energy, intelligence, and heart? For the collective transition we must undertake, I believe we need to mobilize people of good will and restore trust, optimism, innovation, and solidarity at the center of our discussions, in order to act in the right direction. Thus, to navigate this period of uncertainty, to find resources that nourish our creativity, I believe we must seek other models of inspiration. Take examples from those who have been remarkable pioneers, explorers, athletes, entrepreneurs, artists, scientists – study their ways of preparing for adversity, observe how they navigate challenges, and draw lessons to foster the success of our projects and our teams. After all, can we deny that major crises also bring great opportunities?

Conference #2

The Bet on Trust

I am convinced that trust is essential to build the new world. Trust in oneself, trust in others, trust in life. Specifically, at a time when Covid has transformed the ways of working, establishing remote work as a norm, what are the tangible translations of a climate of trust? How can we establish or strengthen trust in our professional relationships? And what connection can we establish between trust and innovation? In this conference, drawing on philosophy, social sciences, and storytelling, I discuss this new paradigm that is making its way into visionary companies. To embrace change with more optimism and creativity, will you be the next to take the bet on trust?

Conference #3

How Poetry Helps Us Work Better?

At first glance, the poetic universe seems quite distant from the daily realities of our professional environments... And yet, poetry can be a precious ally. Indeed, it has the art of capturing the essential and, in doing so, places us at the center of our lives. Moreover, it offers us the opportunity to renew our perspective, break free from weariness, and bring colors, flavors, and magic back into our existence – in this way, it nourishes our imagination, our creativity, and our capacity for innovation. Yes, but where to start? What texts should we discover to access these stimulating dimensions? Who should we read to engage differently with our time and its challenges? This conference-workshop is designed as a space for breathing, a time for reflection, but also as an invitation to incorporate poetry into everyday gestures. The format is decidedly interactive, with a brief journey through contemporary poetry.
