Author of "The Leaning Reed, the story of a wonderful operation" Edit. Fauves. Testimonial book: paraplegic following an operation that injured my spinal cord in 2014, how I fought to take my life back into my own hands and how this experience of resilience can inspire others. Speaker extending this work on themes of trials, resilience, the meaning to give to one's life, the ability to rebuild oneself, diversity, but also with perhaps more specific insights: the challenges of a female career, glass ceiling, balancing and respecting professional and personal lives, necessary beliefs (and how to get rid of them), respect and self-discovery. – Recent interventions: Jump Forum Paris 2018 "women are heroes". Breaking limits, PPV ConnectingWomen seminar. Women's week WIN ENGIE - WOMEN'S FORUM PARIS 2018 -Speaker @Daring Women HUB - What does it take to realise a dream? Conference #1

The trial, whatever it may be, can and must be an opportunity

I know the trial, a trial among many others, I know confinement, confinements among many others. They have been necessary steps in my life journey of which I have neither regret nor remorse. We can all move to the stage of transformation by finally meeting ourselves. I offer you some keys that I know to overcome the trial.

Conference #2

Woman, I am the fruit of my contradictions, and I am Standing

This could be a letter to our daughters, transgenerational, about sharing and transmission and the necessity of awakening our consciousness and the urgency of standing up for a fairer and more equitable society. Following the talk given on the occasion of Debout Citoyennes, 100 women take the stage of Eklore at the Zenith.

Conference #3

Giving Meaning to Trials, Giving Meaning to Life

My name is Nadalette La Fonta, I have had an intense professional life internationally for nearly 40 years, and today I am a writer, nothing you wouldn't know. I am one of you, and aspects of my story that I tell in my book 'The Leaning Reed', the story of a wonderful operation, will, I hope, resonate with you. Following a failed operation, I am 70% paraplegic, with associated disabilities and intense pain, disabilities that are not very visible today, but nonetheless debilitating, and this is a story that is only of interest if it allows me to assure you that "Nothing is impossible." It is this initiatory journey through trial to a new life that I also recount in my book "The Leaning Reed." And that is why I did not write a testimony, but a narrative that, I hope, has universal value in sharing, that of transformation. And it is not necessarily required to go through trials and paraplegia to transform, believe me! I addressed this theme during my TEDx "Nothing Happens by Chance" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8S8mie3bwtw which has surpassed 1.6 million views, and I will know how to adapt it to your environment, your audience, and your needs.
