Leader, speaker, and consultant in interculturality, I have been supporting international organizations for 20 years facing the same invisible yet decisive challenge: to effectively cooperate teams from different cultures in complex, multicultural, and constantly evolving environments. As a former leader in the tech & financial services sector, I have managed international projects in nearly 20 countries across several continents, at the heart of contexts with high economic, human, and regulatory stakes. This field experience has taught me one essential thing: the majority of strategic blockages in international companies do not stem from a lack of skills or commitment from teams but from unidentified cultural misunderstandings. Today, through my conferences, I shed light on these invisible blind spots that slow down decision-making, weaken cooperation, and cost organizations dearly in order to create awareness and show how to transform cultural differences into levers for sustainable performance.
