As a speaker on organizational performance and a consultant in intercultural management, I began my career at the United Nations headquarters in New York. I then spent nearly twenty years within international technology companies where I led strategic projects and collaborated with teams from over 30 nationalities across three continents in high-stakes economic, human, and regulatory contexts. This hands-on experience taught me one essential thing: the majority of strategic blockages within organizations operating internationally do not stem from a lack of skills or commitment but from poorly understood cultural differences. Today, I support leaders and their teams to reduce the invisible frictions that hinder collaboration, accelerate decision-making, and transform cultural differences into competitive advantages.
