Before becoming a speaker, I evolved in parallel in the world of high-level sports, theater, the stage, and human support in companies.

I have always been passionate about humanity as a whole; I also started my career in a great school of life, Club Med. And finally, I have always had a common thread: understanding what drives an individual to surpass their own limits, step out of their comfort zone, and reach their full potential.

The need to convey. I have lived through strong, sometimes extreme experiences that have taught me a lot about fear, decision-making, adaptation, and self-overcoming.

At one point, I realized that these lessons could serve well beyond my own adventures. The stage has become the place where I transform a lived experience into a trigger and moment of inspiration for others.

Because I don’t talk about change solely from concepts. I have lived it.

For over 15 years, I continue to question myself, step out of my comfort zone, push my limits, and take action!

In a strait, on a mountain, in the cold, in the midst of an expedition, when giving up becomes a real possibility and all theories disappear.

My adventures are a laboratory and a wonderful playground for integrating effective and sustainable tools (which are then shared with teams and collaborators in companies).

I use them to reveal the human mechanisms that we then find in the company: fear, doubt, adaptation, decision, commitment, and overcoming our own limits.

And I don’t just want to tell a story. I want the audience to experience it.

I consider change as an adventure.

In my expeditions as in our professional lives, the mechanism is often the same: we leave a known environment to enter a territory where we no longer master everything.

This is where our beliefs, fears, and resources come into play.

I therefore transform my adventures into true laboratories of human behavior.

The mountain, the ocean, or the cold create the setting.

But the real field of exploration remains the human being.

In our conferences, the audience is more often "Actor" than "Spectator".

This is what makes our uniqueness and differentiation in the market!

I challenge the audience (in a good way), I make them think, react, experiment with certain things, and take an internal stance on their own limits. There are many interactions, without ever forcing or uncomfortable participation.

This approach happens naturally, and it immediately creates closeness with the audience.

In terms of rhythm, it has been worked out in detail. I build my conferences in the form of a show (With a scenography designed at 360°, both in content and form! With a meticulously planned lighting design, video images, special effects, sound effects, costumes, and even live animals on stage (Snake, tarantulas, cockroaches, etc...)

There is an alternation of immersive experiences, authentic stories, images, tools, humor, tension, and emotions.

The goal is simple: To take the audience on a real experience, in an emotional elevator, and to be shaken up (in a good way)!

I want there to be a before and an after.

That everyone leaves having identified at least one limit they considered real while it may have become a habit.

That they better understand their own mechanisms in the face of change.

That they change their perspective on discomfort, fear, and doubt.

And above all, that they transform this awareness into a decision and concrete action.

Because a successful conference is not only measured by applause.

It is measured by what participants decide to do differently the very next day in real life!
