Noémie Sylberg Klugman

Author, podcaster, and speaker on employee vulnerabilities in the workplace

speaker-picture

After a 10-year career as a lawyer, Noémie Sylberg-Klugman became known with "Living After Marc", an autobiographical account prefaced by Delphine Horvilleur, which she published following the death of her husband from cancer, in which she asserts that one can be happy after going through a tragedy. The success of this book led her to a first podcast - RESOURCES - in which she invited personalities to share the resources that helped them bounce back after a life challenge. She interviewed, among others, Yannick Alléno, Véronika Loubry, Serge Trigano, and Enrico Macias. Noémie then launched a second podcast - FAILURES - focused on vulnerabilities but especially on the strength and golden thread we draw from our flaws. She hosted Anne Hidalgo, Agnès Buzyn, Richard Orlinski, and many others. By combining her personal experience with the testimonies of these guests, Noémie has built a conference focused on resources in the face of challenges. We all have resources, but we unfortunately only discover them when faced with a hard blow, so why wait? Noémie has spoken in major groups such as Kering, AXA, L'Oréal, LVMH, Chanel, Havas... She also has a very comprehensive catalog of digital training on life moments, aimed at companies to support their employees during difficult times in their lives.

RESOURCES IN THE FACE OF TRIALS

We all have resources. But we usually only become aware of them when everything is shaking. So why wait for the next hard blow? Divorce, separation, burnout, caregiving, illness, disability, grief, domestic violence, infertility, children with special needs… The trials that employees go through during their lives are numerous and profound. And contrary to what we would like to believe, no one leaves them at the doorstep when going to work. For the company, supporting its employees during these difficult times is not just a human act: it is an investment. An employee who feels supported and understood is a loyal, grateful, and engaged employee. This conference aims to break the taboo on our vulnerabilities, to turn our flaws into our greatest strengths. The strongest employees are those who have learned to rise again and who have learned to cope with their flaws. Because trials do not destroy, they transform. So, let’s transform individual trials into collective resources!
