The Power of Emotional Intelligence
Offering an experience in an environment seemingly distant from that of the company leads individuals to question their own practices. According to our preconceived notions, the greatest strength of an illusionist lies in their technique (agility, dexterity). Even though this is crucial, it is only the tip of the iceberg, as the true power of the illusionist does not solely rest in their know-how but primarily in their emotional intelligence. This reality also pertains to the professional world and the corporate environment. To enable participants to understand this mechanism, I make them experience strong moments that invite them to become aware of the predominant role of emotions, teaching them to perceive and decipher those of others. Once this knowledge is acquired, the audience will be able to apply it in their professional relationships and will have the keys to better engage in change.
