A rather classic and studious path for Richard: a Master's degree in Risk Management at 22 and a career start in Finance in the City. Adaptability, independence, and a taste for risk are his delights. His poisons: partying, appearance, and gambling addictions. But so far, so good... The same player plays again! At that moment, he decides to work at the Française des Jeux... At the end of 2010 and the beginning of 2011, the shock: he loses 2 loved ones (his best friend and his father). Huge awakenings, loss of meaning, deep sadness: he has taken the path of poison... with others, with himself, and with life... After a humorous sketch for the speech in the Church at his father's funeral, he decides to embark on the quest for his antidote...! He stops fleeing life in addictions and starts taking the right risks to feel alive! In 2014, he quits his “normal life” and becomes a comedian, then a trainer and speech coach. After extensive training (Actor's Method, Stand Up, Singing, Coaching, Hypnosis, Behavioral Training, Mental Preparation, Process Com®, Systemic Constellations...), he discovers the ingredients of his antidote and now helps his clients (entrepreneurs, managers, leaders) find their personalized antidote to make their speech (and their life) an effective delight!
