Son of a psychiatrist and a PMU player, Richard has a sense of family loyalties: he is a gambler and passionate about psychology.
Everything had started well: a Bac+5 in risk management at 22, then a career start in finance in the City of London. But in London, he became addicted to sports betting and decided in 2010 to join the Française des Jeux. His formula to summarize this period: "If you're going to be a junkie, you might as well become a dealer."
At the end of 2010 and the beginning of 2011, the disappearance of his best friend and father disrupted his trajectory. During his father's funeral, he dared to pay tribute in the form of a sketch, at the church. This moment marked the beginning of his passion for public speaking, and he started theater.
In 2014, he left his "normal life" to become a comedian and humorist (voice of Stitch at Disneyland Paris, notably), then a public speaking trainer in 2016. He trained in acting, stand-up, coaching, and Process Com®, with a guiding question: how to better understand oneself to better communicate?
Today, he combines these experiences in his training and "Conf Stand Up": moments where humor, characters, and interactions serve both reflection and action. His taste for challenge has not left him: at the Théâtre BO in Paris in 2023, he performed this Conf Stand Up 6 times in a row, from 2 PM to 11 PM.
