Liberator of Paradoxes: I help leaders and managers who are tired of doing more, predicting the unpredictable, and controlling the uncontrollable to free themselves from paradoxes. Navigator of Emotion: I guide participants to tame emotions and transform them into allies. Irremediable Optimist: I propose to take sidesteps on unexplored paths to turn constraints into opportunities. After 20 years of management experience in HR & Learning in international corporations, I founded Innov’sens, a company specialized in organizational coaching. Like an acupuncturist, I help companies place fine needles in relevant spots to bring forth their deep resources. I participate in Executive Education programs (HEC Paris and Grenoble Ecole de Management) on themes of coaching, leadership, and paradoxes. A true enthusiast of countries, cultures, and languages (Polish, Russian, Spanish, Portuguese, English), I created a language school in my youth. Complex and paradoxical, I often want everything and its opposite... and sometimes I succeed!
