Franck Viscuso is a speaker and expert in Relational Intelligence. He helps individuals and teams establish calm, authentic, and pleasant working relationships that foster growth and performance. From a young age, Franck has had a passion for human relationships and dreams of contributing to a world where peace, joy, and harmony permeate exchanges between people. As a teenager, he played high-level water polo and, along with his teammates, became a three-time French champion. This significant experience allowed him to understand the crucial importance of good relational quality within a team to succeed together. Graduating as an engineer from Polytech Grenoble in 2000, he complements his scientific training with a postgraduate degree in Management from Grenoble Ecole de Management. In 2001, he began his professional life, taking on responsibilities in marketing and then in the sales of industrial products for large international groups. Alongside his main activity, he embarked on a personal journey, intensively training in various relational approaches with the best in Paris, London, and the United States: Non-Violent Communication, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Ericksonian Hypnosis, Process Communication, individual and team coaching, etc. In 2007, at the age of 31, he founded "Franck Viscuso Training," an accredited training organization specializing in relational intelligence. Since then, he has been supporting managers, leaders, and teams through conferences, training sessions, and collective and individual coaching. His style in three words: Wisdom, Humor, and Pragmatism. His credo: The quality of our relationships determines the quality of our lives. In his conference titled "Become Super Likable," Franck shares his philosophy around four essential keys that allow us to develop our likability factor, thus fostering smoother, more pleasant, and consequently more effective relationships.
