Collective Agility, feedback from the RAID
Organizations, in an increasingly complex environment, are constantly seeking to improve their performance. They act on both individual levers (self-overcoming, skills, learning, curiosity...) and collective ones. Collective performance relies on numerous springs, which, regardless of the field of activity, have the same foundations. François Elbahri, a member of the RAID for 18 years, has gained solid expertise in management throughout his career. Indeed, after having worked himself within an intervention unit, he moved on to leadership positions of elite teams. This extraordinary experience has given him a solid understanding of the mechanics of performance within teams, the challenges of management in high-pressure situations, as well as the essential fundamentals of collective performance. The goal of the shift is to extract participants from their comfort zone and their usual areas of expertise, in order to avoid reflex-type behaviors. Projecting into different universes is conducive to reflection and change.
