After years of leading marketing strategies in competitive and multicultural environments, I choose to put my experience at the service of leaders and their teams. Graduated from HEC Paris, I make a decisive turn by training in executive coaching: guiding leaders towards sustainable performance, driven by the conviction that no economic project thrives without social and environmental ambition. I design immersive programs for those who want to lead differently: with clarity and power. Since 2011, my commitment to private higher education and the University (bac+2 to bac+5) has shaped a pedagogy that combines academic rigor and operational pragmatism. As a speaker, I shed light on contemporary issues: team engagement, mental health, recruitment, peaceful conflict resolution, meaning at work. My credo, 'Do not do to others what you do not want done to you,' infuses each of my interventions with humor and energy, making me a valuable ally for leaders who want to embody another path.
