You may have already seen me on LinkedIn. I have worked as an architect and more specifically as an HR manager. I have taught for over 25 years at the university, alongside my activities. In 2006, I co-founded and chaired the national stress and QVT commission of ANDRH. For several years, my reflection as an HR manager focused on improving working conditions. And one day in June 2018, I decided to found the OhHappyWays and OhHappyBreiz conferences to present benevolent managerial innovations. I wanted to enable as many people as possible who are aware of the recurring difficulties of malice and mistreatment to reverse this trend. In 2020, I brought to life the Top chef of benevolent management: a cooking manager for better practices. "There is no good management if it is not done with benevolence for those to whom it is intended," like cooking out of friendship, according to Paul Bocuse. I decided to dedicate myself to a subject that fascinates me: benevolent management, in order to view the collective differently and better succeed in our performance.
