OVER 25 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN ALL FIELDS OF CORPORATE COMMUNICATION OR CONSULTING • Expertise in Press Relations and Crisis Communication: 10 years (1991 to 2002) in three international groups (Aerospatiale, Alcatel, and Rhodia) during which I developed my press expertise, eventually becoming the Global Press Relations Director of Rhodia, managing international and multicultural teams, in significant crisis contexts where the press relations strategy was a major lever for corporate and financial communication. • Expertise in Communication, Public Affairs & Branding: 10 years between 2003 and 2012, with global responsibilities in Communication and Public Affairs within three international groups (Rhodia, Nestlé, and Newedge) - 2003-2006: Director of Communication and member of the Executive Committee of Rhodia in a context of financial and image crisis, and complete reorganization of the Group and its Communication Department. - 2006-2008: General Director of Communications and Public Affairs at Nestlé France, member of the General Management Committee, in a context of coordinating brands and the image of Nestlé in France, with the creation of the General Communication Department within Nestlé France. - 2008-2012: Director of Communication and Brand at Newedge, member of the Executive Committee, in a context of merging two major divisions of Société Générale and Crédit Agricole, creating a global leader and a new brand, as well as establishing a global Communication and Brand Department present in France, London, the United States (Chicago and NY), and Asia (Hong Kong and Tokyo) by merging two existing departments. • Expertise in strategic support for leaders and companies: from 2012 to 2016 in advisory roles for leaders and companies - As a freelancer for 8 months in New York with the CEO of the Brokerage division of Jefferies (American investment bank) - As Vice President, in charge of the Corporate Communication Department at FTI Consulting (international consulting firm) where I managed the image and communication of various companies across different sectors. - Within H2D Advisory, a corporate & financial communication consulting firm created in 2014, of which I am the President.
