Jessica Santos is a speaker, certified ICF professional coach, hypnosis practitioner, and founder of Global Mood Booster™. Graduated with a Master's degree in Commerce and International Relations, Jessica has built a career in international business development for over twenty years. A globetrotter at heart, she willingly alternates between a backpack in a youth hostel and a businesswoman's briefcase in international lounges and five-star hotels.
Throughout her career, she has developed international markets, managed distribution networks, and negotiated in French, English, Spanish, and Portuguese. She supports both SMEs and international groups, including Mitsubishi and Beneteau, where she participates in the marketing of yachts worth several million euros.
After more than twenty years at the heart of commercial performance, one conviction stands out to her: the best sellers do not sell, they inspire trust.
This reflection leads her to explore neuroscience, professional coaching, hypnosis, and decision psychology. Her ambition is not to leave the corporate world, but to better understand what influences our decisions, our relationships, and our ability to exercise sustainable leadership.
Today, Jessica connects these two worlds. Her conferences combine field experience with neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and, when the context allows, guided experiences of visualization and collective hypnosis.
