THE HUMAN ENTERPRISE
"The Human Enterprise" is an interactive conference. It aims to answer two questions: 1-"What does it really mean to value the human factor in the company?" 2-"What does it mean to be aware of the predominance of openness, listening, and relationships with collaborators/clients/interlocutors? To create this "magical anchoring," I use mentalism to serve communication and rely mainly on 3 levers: -surprise, to spark curiosity -involvement, to promote understanding -emotion, to generate adhesion. In summary, the objective will be to share a vision of the future based on the importance of the human factor and to create a true (sur)consciousness: a pedagogical delight that combines substance and form! The benefits of this intervention: 1-create moments of "emotional" release to better break behavioral locks. 2-anchor strong messages and enhance their memorization through a playful tool. 3-explore new fields of consciousness, perception, communication 4-create collaborative links through exchanges by positioning humans at the center of reflection. 5-strengthen cohesion, generate dynamism, boost creativity 6-federate to enhance the sense of belonging to project more easily onto future challenges. 7-facilitate the expression of emotions, create synergies 8-develop collective emotional intelligence 9-highlight essential notions of relationship, team spirit, adaptability, communication, listening, motivation, engagement, visualization, intuition, etc...
