Sarah Mony
Nutrition expert, author, speaker for numerous companies across all sectors
I have been managing the Alimentum office for about ten years, where I provide individualized care for patients. I am a member of several health networks as a healthcare professional. As a nutrition expert "referenced PNNS" (*), I organize Nutrition projects for large companies (Dassault, SAP, Bristol Meyers Squib, Oracle, Coca Cola France, State Street Bank, Psya, Brown Forman, …), and public institutions (city of Vaucresson…). I intervene through occupational medicine or Human Resources in the context of "well-being at work" for the employees of these entities by conducting individual consultations, leading conferences or workshops. I have also been a Nutrition Coach for Psya, specializing in psychosocial risks and quality of life at work. Five years of management and ten years of consulting in IT and financial management for institutions in very diverse sectors have allowed me to gain operational experience and adaptability to the men and women who constitute the driving forces to better support them through change. Certified in therapeutic education (schools: "Comment dire", "EduSAnté" and "passerelles éducatives"), dynamic group communication (ESSEC), and nutrition (Dietitian Nutritionist diploma), I guide them through nutrition to modify states of stress or exhaustion in order to regain good energy, facilitate concentration to improve and/or preserve their health capital. I am regularly interviewed for numerous articles and reports (France 5, Europe 1, Plantes et Santé, Direct soir, TEVA, My TF1 News, various mutual insurance companies) and I am co-author of the book "Agar-agar, oat bran and stevia, your anti-kilo weapons" published by First, and "Did you say flexitarian" published by Eyrolles.
