Solenne Bocquillon- Le Goaziou
Speaker, author, entrepreneur Education - French expert in Soft Skills
Graduated from Paris-Sorbonne, certified by ESSEC and HEC, former HR Director at Shell (15,000 employees in Asia, Europe, and Africa), I have been an entrepreneur in education since 2019. I created the world's first solution dedicated to developing children's soft skills, and I am the author of the book "Prepare Your Children for the World of Tomorrow" (DBS, April 2024). Ranked among the 40 most influential French women by Forbes in 2022, Top 10 Worldwide Education Tech Creators by LinkedIn in 2025, and Knight of the National Order of Merit in 2025, I bring 20 years of international expertise in soft skills development to serve businesses, teams, and families. My conviction: in a world where AI does everything faster and better, what still makes us indispensable is our human intelligence. I speak at conferences to help businesses and families cultivate those skills that AI will never be able to replace: creating authentic connections, thinking critically, deciding with discernment, adapting to uncertainty. My professional break, my book, my podcast with 500,000 listens, my 100,000 families supported, and my conferences are all illustrations of what I advocate: soft skills are not innate, they can be cultivated, and it is never too late to start. My conferences will give you the keys to also make your human intelligence your most valuable asset at work and at home. Soft Skills vs AI: Human Intelligence, Your Major Asset
We are told that AI is changing everything. This is true. But what is often forgotten is that it also reveals, with unprecedented clarity, what makes our irreplaceable value. AI codes better than you. Analyzes faster than you. Writes more efficiently than you. And yet... it does not create authentic connections. It does not decide with discernment in uncertainty. It does not feel. It does not truly adapt. It does not unite a team around a vision. These capabilities are yours. And they have a name: soft skills. After 15 years as an HR Director internationally and 20 years deciphering these skills, I have a conviction forged in the field: the companies that will win are not those with the best AI. They are those whose employees have the best human intelligence. In this conference, I help you understand which skills AI will never replace, identify your own, and build a concrete strategy to cultivate them. A conference that challenges certainties, provides actionable tools from the next day, and gives meaning back to human work. Available in French and English. Ideal for: corporate plenaries, executive committees, transformation seminars, HR conventions
Parental mental load: what if soft skills changed everything?
77% of women and 68% of men believe that parenthood is insufficiently taken into account in the organization of work. 1 in 2 managerial employees states that their parenthood has consequences on their professional life. Your parent employees face double pressure. What if, rather than enduring it, they transformed it into strength? In this conference, I show how developing children's soft skills (self-confidence, autonomy, critical thinking, resilience, collaboration...) not only increases their success and well-being but also significantly reduces the mental load of parents. Simple, actionable tools, supported by scientific research (OECD, WHO, LaPsyDé-CNRS, Nobel Prize Heckman) and my experience as an entrepreneur in education and soft skills expert. Ideal conference for: parenting programs in companies, QVT, QVCT week, family events
Reveal the soft skills of your employees
What if the true competitiveness of your company was not hidden in your processes, but in your talents? Soft skills (collaboration, resilience, adaptability, emotional intelligence) are today the most sought-after skills by recruiters and the most decisive for collective performance. However, they often remain invisible or underutilized. In this conference, I will share with you the keys to identify the soft skills of your teams, develop them on a daily basis, and turn them into a real lever for performance. With 20 years of experience in soft skills and 15 years in HR internationally, I speak with authenticity, practicality, and humor about what truly makes a difference in a professional journey and in the success of an organization. Modular format: plenary conference or tailored thematic workshops (resilience, change management, collaboration, communication, curiosity/creativity, stress management). Ideal conference for: executives, management teams, managers, HR directors
