Alice Mathieu
Sustainable Real Estate Engineer, Professional Coach and Speaker
I fell into sustainable development at the age of 14, and I made it my profession - sustainable real estate engineer and became a pro at 'small gestures'. Then came the drama... or rather the immense joy of becoming a mother. A position that evolves + parenthood = end of small gestures and exploding mental load. I learned to engage differently. Used to large groups, I understood why many did not act and why sustainability strategies, however voluntary, did not resonate with teams. I saw thousands invested in communication and dashboards go up in smoke because a manager spent 30 seconds on the slides, clearly showing that the topic was not a priority. Today, I use my dual role as a coach and engineer to amplify the impact of committed companies through their employees.

Because there is a chasm between your purpose and their daily lives. - Mental load - Fatigue - Emotional discomfort - Feeling of helplessness - Limiting beliefs Addressing the issue of climate change without alienating, demoralizing, or being immediately categorized as greenwashing is not easy. To avoid these pitfalls, I have developed a 4-step method: 1. Necessary: Agree on the context and the facts, feel the importance of acting. 2. Possible: Demonstrate that impact is possible and visualize it. 3. Desirable: Discover a new source of fulfillment and pride within the company. 4. Concrete: Transform desire into action - what does commitment mean for me and my team, concretely? With my conference, you will: Authentically mobilize, from top management to the field. By transforming an additional constraint into true pride. Your impact is multiplied, your employer brand gains value. Your communication aligns with the reality of your teams and your clients.
