Passionate about art and culture, after 15 years spent within major communication groups in Paris in strategy consulting and management positions (FCB, SAATCHI, Lowe, Leo Burnett, Publicis), I anticipated a new communication path for brands and companies in 2002, by introducing art into the media strategy of companies, brand life, and internal communication, serving connection and humanity: founder and general director of the Art and Culture division within Havas Media (Bolloré Group). Author of the book published in 2003 by Eyrolles "Put Art in Your Com", designer and facilitator of numerous conferences on sponsorship, sustainable development, the transmission of knowledge in the digital age, and the enhancement of cultural and industrial heritage. Since 2012, I have chosen to showcase a free, flexible, and agile structure, in a network, to continue exploring new communication territories and to get closer to creators and startups: AK Art consulting "The artisans of a new world" (numerous educational missions over the last 3 years around digital and training for young people, directing a business school specialized in fashion and luxury). Training through art, whether for young students or employees of companies, will be my priority this year as more than ever new organizations require agile, creative, collaborative, happy employees who can mix short and long-term tasks and possess emotional intelligence highlighted in their daily work in service of innovation and their well-being (creation of Puissance Art, specialized professional training program).
