How to Create an Authentic, Creative, and Effective Employer Brand
My first Employer Brand was built in 2001!!! Is the world of work the same today as it was back then? Are the needs and desires No. That's why in 2015, after a foresight work on societal trends, my team at Kalaapa and I rethought the entire methodology for building an employer brand platform, Employee Value Proposition, to invent the first French methodology for co-constructing the employer brand through Collective Intelligence. In this conference, I propose to explain this Methodology to you. We will cover the following points: - Reminder of the employer brand concept and its purpose. - Societal trends impacting the world of work - The co-construction methodology - Case studies of our clients supported since 2015 (BHV Maris, celiö*, Krys Group, Isagri, UCPA, Château de Versailles...)
Collective Intelligence as a Driver of Employee Engagement
Sociological, economic, technological, and environmental upheavals have an impact on the relationship to work, and HR professionals are well aware of this. I propose a conference to 'set the stage' and share our observations, but above all, to collectively address how to respond to the new challenges of Human Resources through collective intelligence and team coaching? How can collective intelligence, when focused on HR and its issues, help attract, retain, and engage employees? How can HR think about an employer brand that makes sense for everyone while meeting the performance demands of organizations? In this conference, we will address, in particular: - Reflection on new challenges: 'The Great Resignation', significant increases in conventional terminations, 'bore-out', 'burn-out', the prevalence of AI in our daily lives, CSR, the impact of the pension reform at 64 years old. - Responding to the new expectations of employees through collective intelligence: methodology for co-constructing an employer brand with a presentation of best practices and concrete cases.
Beyond the "Employee Ambassador", towards the "Employee Influencer"
The world has changed, and the dynamics of transformation at play will further accelerate developments. Companies are no exception to the rule, constantly needing to satisfy tensions of innovation (of uncertainties) to save their margins, respond to the well-being needs of their employees, develop a sense of belonging, and build loyalty even as the employer-employee relationship is disrupted... Making the employee not just an ambassador but truly an "Influencer" is certainly the key to success in the next 10 years!
