My first Employer Brand was built in 2001!!! Is the world of work the same today as it was back then? Are the needs and desires No. That's why in 2015, after a foresight work on societal trends, my team at Kalaapa and I rethought the entire methodology for building an employer brand platform, Employee Value Proposition, to invent the first French methodology for co-constructing the employer brand through Collective Intelligence. In this conference, I propose to explain this Methodology to you.
