speaker-picture

The Big Factory, culture hacker, supports companies in their cultural transformation. A silent revolution is currently taking place. Work is changing, its culture, its processes, its goals. The upcoming professional generations, digitalization, and artificial intelligence compel companies to undergo a rather radical cultural transformation. Disrupted by startups in their historical market, deserted by Generation Y and talents, they must become more agile, understand the importance of team and profile diversity, integrate innovation and intrapreneurship as policy, and train managers in trust-based management. A way to cultivate their employer brand, attract, retain, enhance, innovate, and remain competitive and efficient. The Big Factory helps these companies to shift the lines and gently lead employees towards the Future of Work.

Future of work, how will we work tomorrow?

After creating her first company in 2010 focused on diversity, Carole founded The Big Factory at the beginning of 2017, which supports companies in their cultural transformation. To achieve this, three areas are developed: diversity, the digital image of employees, and agility. The Big Factory aims to train managers, general management, and all employees in innovation, particularly through agility, design thinking, collective intelligence, and agile methods to foster new management styles within companies. The Future of work is a movement that companies must follow to recruit the best talents, remain competitive, and innovative in the face of the agile offensive from startups. #designthinking #agilemethods #digitalimage #ereputation #leadership #storytelling #hackathons #benevolentmanagement #diversity #mixity

The Importance of Visibility for Women's Careers

Carole Michelon began her career within major media groups such as Lagardère and Marianne. In 2010, she co-founded CONNECTING WoMEN, an agency specializing in professional gender diversity, one of her favorite topics since her university training in sociology, groups & community, and gender studies. She then brought together all the major stakeholders and companies at the first event on this topic: the Forum on Gender Diversity, which gathers 2,000 people at each edition for 6 years. An expert in professional women's networks, Carole conducts monitoring work on over 450 women's networks, which led her to co-author the Guide to Women's Networks published by Eyrolles. She also created a major event around this theme, the Spring of Networking, which she implemented for 5 years within large companies (Allianz, Clifford Chance, Printemps Haussmann…)
